Organize your team's schedule and beat the deadline.

Every day, new tasks arrive, each with different durations and requirements. Plan them efficiently on the calendar, manage limited time, and make sure everything is finished before release day. One missed deadline could spell disaster.

This game is a submission to the GMTK Game-Jam of 2026, following the Theme "Count Down"

With only 7 Days left till the deadline of your team-project, beeing it an indie game´s first release, a film production or the management of a large scale event, you have to schedule the tasks of your team in a way, that hopefully get everything done in time without overworking your coworkers.

I found a glitch where you can drag the tiles onto the schedule as they appear on the corkboard and then can't pick them up again, no idea how I did this but here's a photo

Thanks for the report. I will look into it after the rating period ends

A fun little puzzler! Great job! I didn't really understand that different colored tasks could be stacked in the same time slot, so I was accumulating tasks too quickly at first. I figured it out though and enjoyed my time with the game. Would be nice to see more diverse iconography for the task requirements i.e. a number instead of a star when a task must be in a specific slot (the tiny white text describing task conditions isn't very legible). Also, it seems that I fail the run whenever I do my last task on Saturday even though it should just be overtime before the deadline? There doesn't seem to be a distinction between fail conditions on the end screen.

I also didn't understand this right away, but this is amazing! Loving this. <3

One thing I was having issues with too was I was dragging a 2-slot block down into the bottom, and it kept snapping back into the grid.

It would  be a nice UX enhancement that if I pulled a card to the very last slot, it would fill the slot above it if it's 2-slots. :) Just to make the interaction a little easier so it's not so precise.

Hey, thank you both so much for your feedback. I was able to implement both ideas into the game and find that they are great Quality of life improvements

Everything was simple and easy to understand and the tutorial was helpful. I was able to beat the tutorial, it took me a minute to really figure out how every task could fit together. It felt fun to learn this game.

Im really happy to hear that, thank you for playing

Very smooth and polished!

This is pretty cool!  I like how you set up your itch page as well. Would you like to join the meta game? You can basically add an achievement and give players a reward for unlocking it.
